Due to the wind gusts, some modifications of the reception system are to be noted:

The ticket office is moved to the entrance of The Tower located near the skatepark.

PAYMENT SYSTEM: CASHLESS

This year, the festival is using a contactless payment system: CASHLESS.
The "cashless" is an electronic wallet. All payments (food, drinks) will be made using the bracelet that will be given to you at one of the 4 counters located on the Parc des Ateliers.

The cashless payment allows to save time on the food and beverage sales points, and to reduce the queues.

What is cashless?
Cashless is a dematerialized payment method accessible with a bracelet equipped with a chip.

Can I use another method of payment?
No, the "cashless" is the only payment method accepted during the festival. It will allow you to pay for all your purchases (drinks and food).

Where can I get my cashless wristband?
Your cashless wristband will be delivered to you at one of the 4 booths located in the Parc des Ateliers. To download the map and view the cashless booths, click here.

Is it possible to share a cashless wristband?
Yes, it is possible to share a cashless account.

When should I create my cashless account?
It is not required to create an account. You can credit your "cashless" bracelet at one of the 4 counters located on the Parc des Ateliers.
If you prefer to recharge online, you can create an account on this page. It is not possible to create an account before the event.

How to recharge my account ?
When you pick up your wristband at one of the booths provided, you can credit your chip with cash (tickets only) and/or CB.
A 6-digit number is located on the back of the bracelet, it allows you to create your account and to credit the writsband. The activation of your account is charged 1€ (only for the first recharge).
If you need to recharge your wristband during the evening, you can go to one of the "cashless" stands or credit your account online here.

What should I do if I lose my wristband?
If your wristband is lost or stolen, your credit is lost too.

How do I know the balance of my wristband ?
You can check your balance on your online account.

After the festival, what happens to my account balance?
After the festival, it is important to keep your wristband in order to be able to ask for a refund online via the "cashless" account that you have created. You have until October 1 to get your money back.

A free car park with 170 spaces is located at 24 Route de Crau, 13200 Arles. It will take you 12 minutes to walk to the Parc des Ateliers from this parking lot.

Let's preserve nature! Walking and biking are fast and environmentally friendly ways to get around. There are many places to store your bikes around the Parc des Ateliers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: TICKETING

Can I buy a ticket on site?
It will be possible to buy a ticket on site, only on the evening if all the online tickets have not been sold, within the limit of available places.
Ticket office at the entrance of the Parc des Ateliers at 33 avenue Victor Hugo, 13200 Arles.
Other tickets could be sold during the evening on the spot, if the capacity of the place allows it.

Do I have to print my ticket ?
No, you don't have to print your ticket, you can present it on your smartphone.

Who are the people concerned by the reduced price ?
Under 18’s, over 65’s, students, jobseekers, large families, teachers, welfare recipients.

Can I re-enter the festival after I leave?
No, all exits are definitive.

Is there a minimum age to come to the festival?
There is no minimum age. If you come with young children, it is recommended that they wear earplugs or headphones (distributed for free on site).
Minors under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

I am under 15 years old. Can I come?
Yes, but people under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.  If this is not the case, LUMA will refuse entry.

Puis-je utiliser mon Pass Culture pour payer mon billet ?
Oui, il est possible d'acheter un billet via l'application "Pass Culture" jusqu'au 14 septembre.

À quel endroit dois-je me rendre pour récupérer mon billet ?
En échange de la contre-marque fournie par l'application Pass Culture, votre billet vous sera remis à la billetterie située à l'entrée à côté du skateparc dès 17h00.
N'oubliez pas votre pièce d'identité, elle vous sera demandée !

Are there any catering services available?
There are food-trucks in the Cour des Forges. For more information on the food court, download the map here.

Can I bring my flask?
For security reasons, it is not possible to bring a flask.

I am a smoker, what should I do with my cigarette butts?
In order to reduce the risks of fire and pollution, pocket ashtrays are distributed for free.

Which objects are forbidden on the site?
Aerosols, weapons, sharp and blunt objects, pyrotechnic and explosive items, bottles and cans, flasks, bicycle helmets, umbrellas, backpacks and large luggage.

Can I drop off my stuff in a locker?
For security reasons, it will not be possible to use the locker service.

Does the site have an infirmary?
An infirmary and a health center are located behind La Grande Halle.

Is the Parc des Ateliers accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The site is accessible to everyone.

Is there a dedicated parking lot for people with disabilities?
People with disabilities can park their vehicles in a reserved parking lot near the festival. To download the map, click here.
