Loïc Rogard is a researcher associated with the think-do-tank Atelier 21 directed by the designer and artist Cédric Carles. He joined Atelier 21 to develop the participatory research service Paleo-energy. This crowdsourcing service aims at sourcing, disseminating and valorizing energy techniques from the past or present to inspire the world of tomorrow.
