
Julie Boukobza
Julie Boukobza was born in Paris (France), she lives and works between Paris and Arles. She is an exhibition curator, responsible for the LUMA Arles residence.
In September 2021, Julie Boukobza curated the group exhibition "Kolé Séré" at Braunsfelder Family Collection in Cologne (Germany). In January 2021, she edited with Cura Magazine the fanzine dedicated to clubbing called "Hubert". In January 2020, she organizes the solo exhibition "The End" by Michael Dean at Converso in Milan (Italy). Between 2018 and 2019, she establishes an independent art space "45 bis rue Ramponeau" with the curator Stéphanie Moisdon and the artist Matthew Lutz-Kinoy in Paris. In July 2017, she co-organised with Simon Castets the group exhibition "FADE IN 2 EXT. MODERNIST HOME" at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade (Serbia). In 2016, she curated the group exhibition "Pure Fiction" at Marian Goodman Gallery and the solo exhibition "Love and P's" by Peter Shire at New Gallery in Paris.
