Mariachiara Chiantore
Professor of Ecology
Mariachiara Chiantore holds a PhD in Marine Sciences. She is a professor of Ecology at the University of Genoa. Her research focuses on benthic communities of shallow rocky shores. Mariachiara Chiantore studies biodiversity, functioning, conservation and restoration of vulnerable species and habitats, as well as innovation in aquaculture and toxic microalgae proliferation.
