At the Parc des Ateliers, the food and beverage offer is based on major commitments:

- The cuisine is all about seasonal ingredients, prepared in different ways depending on the place. This makes it possible to cook them in their entirety and helps us fight against food waste!
Drum Café
A creative cuisine with local and international influences
The Drum Café offers a creative space to chefs. It is a place where elements are transformed to create a unique menu that evolves according to the seasonal ingredients, and the inspirations of the chef.

Le Réfectoire
The brasserie (no reservation taken)
Le Réfectoire offers authentic brasserie cuisine, paying tribute to the specialties of French gastronomy.
People gather around comforting dishes where seasonal vegetables, meats and local fish are prepared with generosity.
Renewed according to the market, the dishes can be tasted on the spot around large convivial tables, or be taken away.
Open everday from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
Lunch is served between 12:00 p.m. and 03:30 p.m. on week days and 12:00 p.m. and 04:00 p.m. during the week end.
