Philippe Bihouix

Philippe Bihouix worked as a consulting engineer and manager in various industrial sectors, transport and construction in particular, before joining the AREP group, a multidisciplinary architecture agency and subsidiary of the SNCF, as managing director. He is the author of several books about non-renewable resources and the associated technological challenges, especially "The Age of Low Tech. Towards a Technologically Sustainable Civilization" (Bristol University Press, 2021), and "Happiness Was for Tomorrow. The Reveries of the Solitary Engineer".
