Dior Photography and Visual Arts Award for Young Talents 2026

Created in 2018 by Christian Dior Parfums, in partnership with LUMA Arles and the Ecole nationale supérieure de la photographie (ENSP), the Dior Photography and Visual Arts Award for Young Talents is an international competition for students and recent graduates of leading art and photography schools.
The works of ten emerging artists are on view at La Lampisterie, from July 4 to October 4.
Candidates were invited to answer to the theme of "Face-to-Face", and the exhibition presents the works of ten artists selected by the jury, chaired by the British photographer David Sims and composed of Vasantha Yogananthan (French Photographer) Maja Hoffmann (Founder and Executive President LUMA Foundation and LUMA Arles), Julie Jones (Director of la Maison Européenne de la Photographie) and Peter Philips (Creative and Image Director of Dior Makeup).
The winner of this edition will be announced on July 9.

The exhibition is free to attend and open to the public, with no reservation required.
The exhibition will be closed exceptionally on Thursday, July 9.
Meet the candidates
Guided Tour & Workshop: Making Badges with Botanical Inks
Throughout the summer, visitors will be invited to explore the exhibition through a guided tour, followed by a workshop on making plant-based inks using a technique developed by Atelier LUMA from plants grown in its dye garden. Participants will then have the opportunity to create their badges using the inks produced during the workshop.
