    In this third chapter, Michel Bauwens discusses his peer-to-peer (P2P) vision of democracy and power, exploring the idea of contribution as a new source of legitimacy.

Describing the Covid-19 crisis as both a "great revealer" and a "great accelerator," Bauwens reflects on an economy that serves the commons through shared resources and collective contributions. The discussion also addresses questions of scale, governance, mediation, and how to build a more balanced and resilient long-term future.
