    Tony Gatlif, Arles & the Wild Tower

    On the occasion of the shooting of “Tom Medina”, a film about the childhood in Camargue of Tony Gatlif, filmmaker and director of this movie, he shares in a conversation with Maja Hoffmann his poetic relationship with the Camargue and the city of Arles.

    With the help of Tony Guerrero in the production of the film, Gatlif also looks back on the quaint circumstances generated by the lockdown. He also mentions the unexpected film shooting of what he calls “a poetical essay” which he made at the Parc des Ateliers, during this unusual period.
